HIV Testing
For people who are not sure whether they should be tested for HIV or not, Health Canada has a Web site that explores the reasons why someone should be tested and what an HIV test involves from initial consent to finding out the results. Visit Health CanadaReceiving a positive HIV diagnosis is a stressful experience for anyone. The Voices of Positive Women, an advocacy and support organization for Canadian women answers the question "So you've tested positive" with practical and supportive advice for newly diagnosed women (or anyone).
